UK Standart Delivery

Standard delivery to the UK mainland (excluding Highlands) will take between 4-6 working days from when the order is placed and costs £6.90. Standard delivery to Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands will take 5-7 working days and costs £6.90. Standard delivery is free on orders of £40 and over to the UK mainland only excluding the Highlands.

Signature may be required upon receipt.

Please be aware during the SALE period, standard delivery may be 5-7 working days from when your order is placed.

UK Express Delivery

Express delivery is only available to the UK mainland (excluding the Highlands) taking 1-2 working days and costs £6.90 for jewelleries, accessories, watches and all other light items; £11.99 for bags. Unfortunately express delivery is not available for Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands. Signature is required on receipt .

International Delivery

We currently deliver to over 30 European destinations including France, Spain, Turkey and Russia as well as more international destinations including USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India.

A standard delivery service is available and we aim to deliver your order within 6-24 working days depends on your location. Please check the table above to see details. However, if for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please email to contact our Customer Service Dept.

All purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (£) and International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate as required.

Please note, any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable directly by the recipient.

Tracking Your Delivery

You can track your order at any time by logging into the 'My Account' section of the site, selecting order history and clicking on the appropriate order. Please click on the tracking link which will take you to our courier's website where you can find out the status of your order. Your order's tracking number is also stated in your order confirmation email.

Problems with Delivery

If you are not in when our courier tries to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver 2 more times, usually on the following working days. To arrange a more convenient redelivery day, please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier.

You can have your order delivered to a different address to the billing address of your debit/ credit card. You can enter the delivery address at checkout. Please ensure however that all details are correct before you checkout as amendments to your delivery details can not be made once your order has been placed.

Orders Requested To Be Left In A Safe Location

If you wish to have an order left in a secure, safe location you should contact us as soon as you have placed your order with your request. Sometimes this may not be possible, but please note that ANY ORDERS LEFT AS REQUESTED BY YOURSELF IN A SAFE LOCATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK and Select will not be liable to compensate orders that are damaged or lost.
